I don't think not being sweet enough would make it fall short because for me it probably is sweet enough. What I would be looking for is the classic flavor of the chocolate cookie.
"confused" is the best description I have for what I thought of the drink. The 20 oz bottle of Oreo Coke Zero was much better than the 7/11 slurpee, but...I haven't gotten a second bottle (and I drink diet/zero sugar sodas exclusively)
Oreo+Coke in diet form?.. Just shows how desperate corporations are to empty our pockets..it does not sound appealing to even try it..😖.. Now Milk and Pepsi Laverne made popular?.. I'd definitely try..😂
Hi there Tony thank you for this review I tried it too it has stronger bite to it but sadly no Oreo flavor keep up the good stuff Halloween treats coming soon I can't wait Love you Tony 👍
I found the kit kat vanilla king size and I got one big cup chocolate lava reeses for me and and one for my friend Cindy there only available at Walmart
I'm not sure I'd ever eat oreos with a coke, so as to why I'd want them together in an amalgamation of a beverage is beyond me. Almost as 'wtf' as the Swedish Fish Oreos. 😂
I drink mostly Zero Sugar sodas now, so the artificial sweeteners don't bother me. The thing that did this one in for me was the really bad, cheap chocolate after-taste. Like someone melted a Tootsie-Roll knock-off and poured it in. Weirdly, the flavoring for the cream part of an Oreo, almost tasted like Mountain Dew at first, but then it settled into a cheap vanilla taste. I can't understand not doing a full sugar version. I wouldn't get it, but the added sweetness of a full-sugar soda would make more sense. I even tried the Slurpee, and I liked it less than the soda. Hasn't been a good year for Coke. And as I knew they would, even though they claimed it was going to be permanent, the Raspberry-Spiced Coke is being discontinued. Once store-stock is gone, that's it. And I really liked the Zero Sugar Spiced.
Oreo did the favor back by having a Coke flavored Oreo. Coca-Cola needs to focus on bringing the other delicious flavors back, or permanent. Like Coke Lime, Coke & Cream, Coke Lemon, etc
One thing I never understood about Oreos is their marketing. Can we agree that an Oreo is a cookie filled with cream? Okay. Remember some years back when snack foods started experimenting with different flavors. My favorite was Oreos "Cookies and Cream" flavor? What the...... ?
All I can say is "why?" ETA: The word for the diet taste is chemical,or as I say around here in my WV town "going to the local DuPont plant and drinking out of their overflow pound"
Is this just a regular Coke Zero with an Oreo label on it? I've heard a few folks comment on this who think it doesn't taste any different than normal. Maybe it's just some good mutual viral brand marketing.
Drinking one right now, I get alittle cookie and string vanilla coke vibes which I love….

Hey Tony, a lot of Reviewers love it so much. Good luck trying it. Lol

Make it a proper Coke. Coke Zero is disgusting. Aspartame is disgusting.
Amen bro, indeed
Great Review. I don't want my soda to taste like cookies anyway.
I tried the slurpy version at speedway. It wasn’t very good
did you get the coca cola flavored oreo cookies?

Man I loved this. The Oreo flavor stood out big for me. I even thought it was too sweet lol
Try the coke flavoured oreos next
I taste the chocolate cookie very strongly. I drink coke zero all the time, so it's very distinct. It's pretty good for coke zero.
ZERO is the closest for sure!
Trying the cookies and coke tonight, picked them up at winco for half that price you paid. I'll see if I get any oreo flavor.
Some do say it taste similar to vanilla Coca Cola (which I like).
The aftertaste is just odd however the upfront taste is just like oreo flavor

That's a tad redundant, isn't it?
The oreo flavour comes through in Australia
Oreo Coke Zero? Sounds nasty!
Have you had the Oreo Coca-Cola flavor cookies?
I haven't
Try to find the Coca Cola Oreo cookies!
All I can say is "why?"

I only taste and smell, a mint type feeling.
I had the coke oreos and they were pretty disgusting glad there were only four I would have felt bad throwing away a larger package
That doesn't really sound like a good combo to me. I don't really drink soda with cookies though so that is just me.
Never heard of this.
I only drink a regular soda. 🤷🏻♀️
It's good but just tastes like a vanilla coke not bad but the cookies now that was intriguing didn't taste like a cola but smelled like it
Get another one and a vanilla coke you'll see what I mean
Will you go live again soon?
Planning on it. I've either been working or sick.
@@oldnerdreviewsoooh! I'll look up your symptoms on WebMD!
It's not a fail if it never had a chance to taste good. No idea why anyone would make this.
It sounds interesting but I think I’d have to look for the regular version. I have terrible experiences with zero. Just doesn’t taste right to me 🤷
I'm not sure there is a non sugar free version, which makes no sense
@@dusgarci they did it because "it would be too sweet"

Oreo+coke=Oreo Coca-Cola (doesn't make sence)
Who smoked one?
Next flavor: Coke and Swedish Fish Oreos!😁😂
I tried this last week it didn't taste like Oreo coke I hated it
Try the Coke flavored Oreo cookies.
To me it taste like Polar soda diet double fudge
This just sounds gross
